Digital Arts Intermediate I - Sun/4-6PM

This 8-week / 16-hour course explores digital art in more depth to elevate students' art skills. As part of the DigiKidz Academy Core Curriculum, this course unlocks access to more advanced courses upon successful completion and skill recommendation.

We'll dive deeper into digital tools, learn line weight to enhance line art, start character design with a focus on human anatomy, explore shading and lighting, and improve background/environment drawing with perspective. Students will be able to create more polished and dynamic artwork by the end of this course.

Students will take home a printed version of their personal project and certificate of completion. All the digital files will be emailed to parents. Select works will be shared on our website, or may even go up on our walls!

Our equipment are top-spec Asus gaming lap-tops with dedicated graphics card, dual monitors (one Pro-Art 27" monitor), Wacom or Huion tablets, and Adobe Photoshop Elements.

Class is limited to 9 seats so plenty of one-on-one time with the instructor!

Pre-requisite: Digital Arts Foundations III
